I can be the most patient person in the world when I want to be, when it comes to certain things. For instance, when I'm in the drive-thru, I'll wait 20 minutes for chick-fil-a with little to no complaints. My parents used to tell me when I was bored that it builds character... We used to have to fly a lot because when I was younger we lived in Hawaii (military, and yes it was amazingggg!) This was before cell phones, before all the game boy fads, the handheld devices. You want to know what my first hand held device was? A tamagotchi. That's right, fellow 90's kids, tamagotchi. Similar to a giga pet. I killed mine, over fed it.
ANYWAYS, back on track, we had to keep ourselves entertained. Especially after little Tammy died from being fed every 2 minutes. I can be bored at home, I can sit on my couch and not do anything for -probably days, but I've never had the chance to test that- hours, and not get bored. But when it comes to waiting on things.... my virtue isn't so strong.
For example, I plan on purchasing the Make Up Geek cheetah z pallet somewhere in the future, and I cannot wait. I want to order it today. That's all I can think about is that pallet, and all the awesome colors I'm going to put it in (hence this post because I can't think about anything else.) I've already got my cart full of matte neutrals, and some pretty awesome purples and greens that I have no idea how I'm going to use them. But I want them. NOW. Also, last week, Mr. Spiel and I ordered our wedding bands (I got a whole set) and I seriously can't wait another day for it to come in!! I wish I had fatter fingers so I didn't have to get all my rings sized, I could just wear them when I get them. He's not as excited though, he can't wear his till October, and he doesn't like stuff on his hands anyway... I'm gonna buy him a Walmart ring so he can get used to it.
Another thing I can't wait for: sending out my "Will you be my bridesmaid" packages this week! All my bridesmaids live out of town (except for Mr. Spiel's sister) and they have no idea, I can't wait to get the tweets/texts! My Maid of Honor said yes this weekend, which I was so excited about we almost cried. I'm going to pick up the extra stuff to put in the boxes today.
I'm not excited for this, but I can't believe that its almost February already. Am I the only one that finds this hard to believe?? Sorry this post was pretty pointless, unless you have any makeup geek colors, then I need your input. If you don't have make up geek, you should look into it, they're empty pallets are awesome, and not too expensive either!
Have a fabulous Tuesday!
Bahahah I so me with the fast food comment!! I'll wait all day in a drive through!

Especially in this winter weather.. I'd probably wait ups to 45 minutes as long as I don't have to get out in the cold!!
